Roof rejuvenation in American Fork
A strong candidate market — enough age to need it, not so much that it's too late.
American Fork has one of the better age profiles for rejuvenation of anywhere we work — a strong candidate market with enough age to need it, not so much that it's too late.
A lot of what we see here are two-storey homes from the 2000s with complex roof geometry — multiple planes, valleys and dormers — sitting at roughly 4,600 feet.
Only an assessment tells you about your roof. It's free, it takes about twenty minutes, and it ends with a straight answer.
How we arrive at these numbers
Nobody publishes roof-condition data by city, so anything claiming a precise count is guessing. What we do instead is straightforward: we start from Census housing counts and the era in which each city was built, then estimate how much of that stock falls in the six-to-eighteen-year window where rejuvenation applies. The roof-life figures above are typical ranges for asphalt shingles in Utah's high-UV, freeze–thaw climate — shorter than the number printed on the shingle wrapper, which is written against milder national averages. They're a guide to what we generally see, not a measurement of your roof.
Only an assessment tells you about your roof. It's free, it takes about twenty minutes, and roughly a third of the time our answer is that rejuvenation isn't the right call.
