Roof ReNU
Eight cities, eight different roof problems
A roof in Eagle Mountain and a roof in Provo age at different rates, for reasons that have nothing to do with the shingle. Elevation, exposure, and above all when the neighbourhood was built. Here's what we see in each.
Provo
Provo has the oldest housing stock of anywhere we work, and that cuts both ways.
Orem
Orem is the most built-out city we serve, and its roofs are on their second cycle.
Lindon
Small city, mixed housing ages, and a lot of large-lot homes with big roof areas.
Pleasant Grove
An old pioneer core surrounded by four decades of suburban growth.
American Fork
A strong candidate market — enough age to need it, not so much that it's too late.
Lehi
If one city in Utah County was built for this service, it's Lehi.
Saratoga Springs
Incorporated in 1997. Nearly every roof here is having its first real ageing crisis.
Eagle Mountain
The highest, most exposed city we serve — and one of the youngest.
